On Wednesday, 2 November 2022, the first ever course on Palliative Care and End-of-Life Decision-Making in Intensive Care Units took place at the Simulation Centre of the Faculty of Medicine of Masaryk University.

On 26 October 2022, the first course for nurses focused on acute situations in the standard ward and ambulance environment took place at the FM MU Simulation Centre.

On 24 October 2022, the sixth Anaesthesia and Critical Care in Children course took place at the MU Faculty of Medicine Simulation Centre, where participants could experience the care of a critically ill child in a safe environment in the operating theatre and emergency room.

On Friday 14th October, we had the opportunity to welcome for the first time at SIMU the team of one workplace for a high-fidelity course, demanded for the purpose of training both the medical procedures themselves in critical situations in the operating theatre, and especially to improve teamwork and non-technical skills in the workplace.

On Tuesday, 18 October 2022, another Adult Learning and Basic Course of Debriefing (ABCD course) was held under the guidance of lecturers MUDr. Tereza Vafková and MUDr. Tereza Prokopová.

On 17 October 2022, the workshop "Communication in Practice" took place at SIMU with the aim of developing students' communication skills with the help of simulated scenes and subsequent feedback.

On 10–11 October 2022, the second course focused on the use of box and laparoscopic simulators was held at the FM MU Simulation Centre. The two-day event entitled "Basics of Laparoscopy on Box and Virtual Simulators I" was designed for pre-certification physicians focusing on mini-invasive surgery.

It is 7 October 2022 and the 2nd Critical Conditions in Intensive Care course is starting at the Simulation Centre of the Faculty of Medicine, Masaryk University. Its aim is to develop communication skills, human resource management in crisis situations and medical expertise in postgraduate education using high-fidelity simulations.
