The development of key competences of pupils and students is the essential element of the current school reform. A fundamental presumption for the realization of this process is an adequate pregradual training of teachers who should be able to initiate the key competences development process at their pupils and to purposefully develop it. The presupposed project Training of Teacher-Trainees for Key Competences Development of Pupils at Individual Educational Levels:

cooperation, participation, consequence are a free continuation of the previous collective project called Training of Teacher-Trainees for Key Competences Development of Pupils at Individual Educational Levels, which represented the first phase of the problems research in terms of the common researching efforts of inceptors and academic staff. Having learnt from the positive experience from doctoral students and teachers cooperation from the first stage of solution of this research project type, in the second year of the solution of key competences problems we intend to accent these research questions, which observe the application of adequate methodical progresses in teacher-trainees training and their consequences for the school practice. Forms of the participation of pupils and teachers in key competences development are not put in our research interest aside – taking it as one of the most important parts of the Czech school reform.
