The MU Vice-Rector’s award for excellence in doctoral studies was received by 31 graduates, their supervisors and consultants.
He grew up in Paris and began his bachelor's studies first in Le Havre and then in Rennes but was lured abroad for his master's degree. French student Jean-Marc Sorbé Domergue was attracted by the newly opened French-English double degree programme between Masaryk University and the Université de Rennes.
Two hundred plus international students and graduates studying at Czech universities came to a joint meeting held in Brno at the end of October. Part of the programme also took place at Masaryk University.
