The GA CR has announced a continuous LA call in cooperation with the American NSF (National Science Foundation).

The Grant Agency of the Czech Republic announces a call for projects based on the Lead Agency evaluation principle, which is expected to begin in 2022. The call concerns projects in which the GA CR acts as a partner organization in a newly established cooperation with the US National Science Foundation (NSF).

Horizont Europe: support of the development of networking and R&I capacities – call TWINNING

TWINNING grants support partnerships between less efficient research institutions (the eligible region is the Czech Republic) and at least two foreign partners who hold international leadership in the field. The projects aim to support institutional networking, which facilitates the transfer of knowledge, skills and the exchange of best practices, thus stimulating an increase in the quality of research capacities. The projects focus on clearly defined specific areas of research, which the less efficient institution considers to be its priority and in which it wants to make more substantial progress.

Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions: Doctoral Networks

The European Commission has launched a call under the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions for Doctoral Networks (formerly ITN). In the basic program, consortia of at least three institutions can draw support. Each consortium now has 360 person-months available to admit doctoral students. Other possibilities of the program are Industrial Doctorates requiring the involvement of a partner from the field of industry and business or Joint Doctorates enabling the joint study of a doctoral programme at three institutions.
