Anthracyclycline-induced cardiomyopathy is relatively often a late consequence of anti-tumour treatment in children.Children treated for malignant tumours represent a risk group for cardiovascular diseases at adult age. Exercise echocardiography (dynamic exercise echocardiography-DyZE and pharmacological exercise echocardiography - DZE), resting and exercise spectral analysis of heart rate variability are special methods. Ordinary investigation´s methods do not discover the heart disturbance on time.Exercise methods (DyZE and DZE) are not realised in children routinely and we suppose, that these methods would be able to discover the developing heart impairtment.
