Prospective part - new patients- most important part is an asessment of new diagnostic and terapeutic methods in our country - endoscopic nasopharyngoscopy and videofluoroscopy and in otologic treatment the insertion of the "long term tube". Retrospective part - in selected patients of different ages which were operated for the cleft palate previously, this part of the study will follow the possibilities of the treatment of sequalae of otitis media.
