Diagnostika a terapie akutních stavů je řešena u akutních lezí pankreatu, akutních krvácení a těžkých forem nespecifických střevních zánětů.Terapie endoskopická a medikamentosní je kombinována dle kalometrie nutriční enterální a parenterální výživou.
