The main goal of the project is to provide our laboratory with a new equipment in order to improve quality of environmental education at the Faculty of Education MU. The investment in the equipment will support an independent work of the students in several existing courses. Students will also use the equipment to collect data for their final essay and diploma theses. In the last decade the Department of Physics has been striving to communicate relevant information about environmental issues to the students of physics but also to all the students at the Faculty of Education MU. We will extend the laboratory courses by several new educational activities. The project will help to adjust the content and methods of training teachers to new knowledge, and increase the attractiveness of technical and science subjects in schools.
