The experimental study is thoroughly engaged with the trabsolantation of autogenous chondrocytic grafts into the area of injured growth plates as part of treating long bone fractures in the physis. It is the aim of the project to elaborate in detail the method of prevention of the bone bridge formation following the physis injury so as to be able to implement it in the clinical practice. The experimental results could considerably enrich not only the surgical procedures for the treatment of complications of some cases of fractures of limbs in the growth plate in children, but also the therapy of physeal fractures in veterinary medicine.
