In recent months at our faculty took place work on gender audit as a basis for the University's Gender Equality Plan, which will be a condition for the participation of our scientists in grant competitions from 2022.

The prepared Handbook for Leaders, which aims to summarise information on the agendas of the various dean's offices and processes at the Faculty and the University, was sent out today to the email inboxes of the Leaders at our Faculty.

In mid-June, we presented the ongoing results of the HR Award at the LF MU management meeting. With the members of the management team, we reviewed what we have already achieved and what we are currently working on intensively.

In June, we held another R&D forum, a regular meeting dedicated to latest news in science and research at FM MU.

Together with members of the HR Award Working Group, we celebrated the HR Excellence in Research Award at the end of May. With this great achievement, we wanted to take a moment to pause, remind ourselves of how much we have already achieved and thank everyone without whose involvement it would not have been possible to get to this stage.

We are pleased to announce that on 23 April 2021 Faculty of Medicine, Masaryk University, has been recognized with the HR Excellence Award. The award is being given by the European Commission to research institutions that create and support professional, transparent and ethical work environment.
