The election to the academic chamber of the Academic Senate MF MU will take place from 5th to 11th October 2020 and will be carried out via E-election IS MU application. The election is called for following electoral districts:
- I. – department FoM MU in FH Brno – 7 mandates
- II. - department FoM MU in FH St. Anna, Trauma Hospital and shared clinics FoM MU and Masaryk Memorial Cancer Institute – 6 mandates
- III. – departments FoM MU – 2 mandates
- IV. – theoretical departments FoM MU and other departments for educational, scientific, research and development activities – 7 mandates
The active or passive right to vote will be given to academic researchers FoM MU in specific electoral districts. See the attached pdf file including the list of academic researchers and electoral districts. This pdf file will be available in IS MU as well.
The candidates interested in the membership of the academic chamber AS FoM MU can register online via koscik@med.muni.cz and 486836@mail.muni.cz in the copy. It is possible to stand for election from the day of the proclamation until 22nd September included. Any late candidacy will not be accepted. The sent candidacy can be complemented by promotional material having no more than 1500 text characters (this text can include hyperlink leading to a candidate's web presence, any longer text will be presented in the length of 1500 text characters only) and will be released together with the candidacy on 24th September 2020. Any communication with the electoral commission must be done via university email address using the function "acknowledge receipt".
It is necessary to run your candidacy. If an academic member wants to propose another candidate, the candidate´s approval must be delivered by 20th September 2020.

The organization and supervision over the elections will be ensured by the Electoral and Mandate Commission AS FoM MU in compliance with the Electoral Code AS FoM MU.
