Medical Faculty of Masaryk University offers a preparatory course for students who intend to enter studies of General Medicine or Dentistry. The programme provides excellent preparation for the entrance examination and the first year of our General Medicine / Dentistry degree through a well-balanced blend of modules in Chemistry, Biology, and Physics.

Preparatory Courses
The Medical Faculty of Masaryk University offers three E-learning preparatory courses for students who intend to get ready for the entrance exam for the General Medicine and Dentistry programme in the English language. Biology, Chemistry and Physics can be purchased as separate courses. Each course costs 100 Euro.

MU campus to grow and build new sporting facilities
The Bohunice University Campus is set to expand once again. In another major investment project, Masaryk University is taking sports facilities on campus to a whole new level. The sports hall and outdoor sports oval will be completed by 2028.

First-year students to move to Kounicova dormitories in 6 months
The two-year refurbishment of the Kounicova dormitories, which will soon be completed, will bring a complete transformation of the interior, greater comfort and improved accessibility of the building for people with special needs.

MU has helped Ukrainians for three years. Some have already completed their degree
Exactly three years have passed since the Russian invasion of Ukraine began. Masaryk University has accepted nearly 500 students from Ukraine in a special admissions procedure and has signed employment contracts with more than 100 employees from Ukraine.

MU Vice-Rector for Studies and Quality to award new prize for quality teaching
The new award aims to highlight the importance of the teaching activities of MU lecturers. Nominations can be submitted until the end of March.
