Description The aim of this work is optimization of DNA isolation by magnetic microparticles. Used microparticles have surface with silica-like chemistry. Partial steps of the isolation procedure including washing, immobilization and elution were optimized. Electrochemical analysis by square-wave voltammetry was employed for detection of the yield of DNA.
