| Description | The problems have been discussed within a research program by the research team of The Law Faculty of Masaryk University. The author of the information participated in the research program and particularly dealt with issues of contract, concluding of contracts and problems of single types of contracts. At the same time the author concentrated on the sphere of problems of public tenders. The article deals with an explanation who the bidder in the public tender is, with single types of tenders, concepts such as supplier, interested person, applicant, and with the bid submission procedure and tender proceedings. |
