| Description | Our research was aimed to evaluate viability of human tumor cells (line A375, A2780) after combined cisplatin and far field therapeutical ultrasound treatment in vitro. The principal objective of the research was to establish the possibility of strengthening of biology effect of used platinum drug. Usage of ultrasound field, in association with sonodynamic therapy, prospectively gives an advantage in reducing the doses of cytostatic drug and/or (due to quite precisely targeting the ultrasound beam) to intensify the effect of the cytostatic drug only in the malignancy. |
