| Description | Much of the orders in the Czech Republic is subject to public procurement regime. The author in his article focuses on an explanation of who is a contracting authority, various types of contract, the terms vendor, candidates and tenderers and the tender rules and procedures. The study examines existing law de lege lata in comparison with European treatment and case law. |
