Description We examined 24 hypertensives (H) and 30 subjects with white coat hypertension (WcH) in aged 11-21 years and 108 age-matched healthy controls. In WcH, the mild increase of body mass index (BMI) was associated with a BRS and BRSf decrease. InH, greater increase of BMI was associated with a deeper BRS and BRSf decrease and increased variability in systolic blood pressure.
