| Description | This paper want to certify two substanital conclusions for the practises of international business. First place that the Council Regulation (EC) No 44/2001 don't except exactly the application national regulation of prorogation of jurisdiction and second place that the prorogation of jurisdiction don't make some absolute resistance for the recognition of foreign judgements. |
