Description | Cross sections through the megagametophyte were prepared from uncoated and extirpated Pinus sylvestris embryo. Globoids of protein bodies and spherosomes were studied by means of low of a low vacuum SEM equipped with BSE detector providing secondary electron imaging under low vacuum conditions. |
