| Description | Cognitive function was assessed in 66 patients suffering from the first-episode schizophrenia, 23 patientes were reassessed after one year. The cognitive dysfunciton was present already at the beginning of the psychosis. The successful treatment with risperidone led to the improvement in some parameters, but most of them did not reach the norm. |
