• Description: Extension of current methods in the treatment of vitiligo by transepidermal injection of autologous melanocytes from tissue culture with the aid of Dermojet equipment is deccribed. Advantages are simplicity of nearly painless provedure, possibility to treat extensive areas of the skin in one session, possible reinjections in the same area.
