| Description | Acquired haemophilia A is a rare autoimmune disorder, mainly affecting the elderly population, caused by antibodies to the coagulation factor VVI, which causes severe bleeding symptoms in patients. Two case reports are described in this communication documenting the complexity of the treatment of this disease. |
