Description Pyoderma gangrenosum is a rare non-in- fectious inflammatory disease from the group of neutrophilic dermatoses with not fully clear etiopathogenesis. It is charac- terised by development of painful chronic and recidivating ulcerations. About 50 % of cases is associated with systemic disease. The authors present a successful treat- ment of a patient with ulcerative colitis and three skin ulcerations including an extensive one on the abdomen emerging after cholecystectomy.
