Description This poster focuses on the simplification used in a one-to-one therapy where the size of one serving is being compared to the size of a fist. It compares a three-day diet in which the weight of the food served is based on the size of a fist with dietary reference values for children whose fist size was previously measured. The three-day diet was drawn up according to the recommendations of project Movement and nutrition.
