Description The aim of this study was to find out what effect on the quality of vision has the most frequent consequence of corrected anisometropy, aniseiconia. We have detected subjectively perceived symptoms in induced aniseiconia and detected limitations of subjective difficulties. We also investigated the effect of aniseiconia on stereoscopic vision. The study confirmed that the induction of 6% of aniseiconia would be disruptive for binocular vision. 4% of aniseiconia still do not interfere with binocular vision. Stereoscopic vision is also dependent on the value of aniseconia. The study confirmed the greatest deterioration in the stereopsis between induction of 4% and 6% aniseiconia.
