Description | In the ReLEx method electron microscopy images show greater irregularities in both optical and non-optical portion. The situation is better in method using the multiple energy. But the biggest unknown can be seen in the transition region between the non-optical and optical zones The transition zone is clearly visible in the images transition line. From the optical point of view, it may cause undesirable light scattering. Irregularity of the transition line is reduced using the higher separation energy. We therefore conclude that this method is very susceptible to the correct power setting. |
