Description | In this study binding constants for interaction between anti-diabetic agent glimepiride and human serum albumin were determined by capillary electrophoresis mass spectrometry in frontal analysis mode. This approach provides analyses under near-physiological condition and it is well suited for measurement of binding constant. Glimepiride is poorly soluble drug and belongs to third generation sulfonylurea used for treatment of diabetes mellitus type 2. |
