Description | To achieve optimal positioning of intraocular lens (IOL) into the bag, some rules are proven. The size of incision should be adjusted to the size of cartridge tip. The implantation of the lens should be continuous without interruption.Complications of implantation are describe. The diameter of capsulorrhexis depends on the diameter of the optic of the IOL. Complications of the tears of the capsulorrhesis and incorrect position of the haptic of IOL are describe. |
