In our multicenter study we intend to follow 200 patients with chronic CAD and LV dysfunction for a period of 1-4 years after myocardial revascularization. The aim of our study is to assess the influence of the amount of hibernating myocardium on the course of coronary artery bypass grafting or coronary angioplasty, and on the long-term prognosis of these patients.
