Ph.D. Candidates Platform
This independent forum comprises all FM MU doctoral degree programmes (DDP) representatives. It is headed by a chairperson, who the platform members themselves elect. The Chair of the Platform is also a member of the advisory body to the Dean of the FM MU Ph.D. School Board, which is involved in determining the strategy and further development of our Ph.D. School.
The PhD Candidates Platform is involved in:
- the internal evaluation of the DDP, including the evaluation of the quality of the supervisors' performance
- collecting suggestions and feedback from students on the particular doctoral degree programmes and the relevance of the study offer
- discussions on the further conceptual development and direction of the doctoral school
This platform allows doctoral students at LF MU to influence the shape of doctoral studies directly. It also ensures that their voice and opinion is heard.
