If you have no idea what multiphase authentication is, read a short article published recently at IT MUNI. In a nutshell, it's a security method that requires multiple authentication steps when logging into systems and online services - similar to what you're familiar with when logging into your internet banking accounts, for example. And because we want to have the most secure cyber environment possible at the university, we're addressing multi-step authentication here at MU as well. In addition, it is likely that multi-factor authentication will be mandatory for logging into selected services and systems. And to make university multi-factor authentication, its setup and use as seamless and user-friendly as possible, we need their help. And they do this by filling out a questionnaire that takes around 7 minutes.
The questionnaire
The feedback is primarily aimed at staff, ideally, staff the Institute of Computing would be happy to invite into user testing. They have prepared small gifts as a courtesy (this is an option at the very end of the questionnaire).
