Come to discuss the prepared Long-term Plan of the Faculty of Medicine, MU 2021 - 2028, in the key areas of Science and Research and Doctoral Studies.

The meeting will take place on 15 December 2020 in lecture room B11 / 114, it is also possible to join via MS Teams.

The discussion will be divided into two thematic blocks, you can participate at the discretion of one or both meetings:

1. Doctoral studies - 13:30 - 15:00
2. Science and research, Academic environment - 15:30 - 17:00

Discussion Topics:

• How do we envision excellent science and where should the faculty go to achieve it? Who is a top scientist? How to attract and support such people at the Faculty of Medicine?
• What does the address of the Faculty of Medicine MU mean and is it important to support the identity of the institution? What is the point of individual people at LF?
• What is the result of good science and doctoral studies?
• How to recognize a good graduate and supervisor in doctoral studies? How to choose the best candidates and how not to spoil their joy of science?
