Baking for Krtek

Make the last Friday morning in October a sweet one and support a good cause! Come to OC Campus Square Brno between 9.00-12.00 on 25 October 2024 to taste what Zdeněk Andrysík from the Institute of Biology of the Faculty of Medicine of Masaryk University and members of his research group have baked for you. Proceeds from the sale of their charity baking will be donated to the Krtek Children's Oncology Foundation.

Krtek is part of the Department of Paediatric Oncology at the Medical Faculty of Medical University and University Hospital Brno and supports children with cancer during and after treatment in many areas. Its activities are based on three pillars - 1. personalised treatment and research into the treatment of childhood cancer; 2. improving the quality of life of patients and their families; 3. home care. One of NFDO Mole's goals for the next few years is to significantly increase investment in advanced specialized diagnostics and precision personalized treatment.
