Medical Faculty of Masaryk University offers a preparatory course for students who intend to enter studies of General Medicine or Dentistry. The programme provides excellent preparation for the entrance examination and the first year of our General Medicine / Dentistry degree through a well-balanced blend of modules in Chemistry, Biology, and Physics.

Preparatory Courses
Medical Faculty of Masaryk University offers three E-learning preparatory courses for students who intend to study General Medicine, Dentistry in the English language and Intensive Czech Language Course for students who have already been accepted to study in the academic year. The course should provide an advantage of easier start to the introduction of the Czech language, orientation in grammar and conversational situations in everyday life.

Cremation summer school educates future anthropologist and archaeologist
There are not many summer schools in Europe, or even in the world, that focus on cremation. However, just such a summer school has been held at Masaryk University for the second time. And as a last year, the teachers included a cremation as an experiment in the programme.

Researchers’ Night draws 7,458 visitors to the university
This year's Researchers’ Night on the last Friday in September attracted a total of 7,458 visitors to Masaryk University. The event was held at eight places in Brno and at the University Centre Telč.
