Medical Faculty of Masaryk University offers a preparatory course for students who intend to enter studies of General Medicine or Dentistry. The programme provides excellent preparation for the entrance examination and the first year of our General Medicine / Dentistry degree through a well-balanced blend of modules in Chemistry, Biology, and Physics.

Preparatory Courses
Medical Faculty of Masaryk University offers three E-learning preparatory courses for students who intend to study General Medicine, Dentistry in the English language and Intensive Czech Language Course for students who have already been accepted to study in the academic year. The course should provide an advantage of easier start to the introduction of the Czech language, orientation in grammar and conversational situations in everyday life.

MU will partially shield students from rising energy prices and inflation
Due to rising prices of energy and inflation, Masaryk University has been forced to increase dormitory fees for the second time in a short time span. However, in order to reduce the economic impact of this measure on students, the MU management has decided not to increase the dormitory fees as much as the increased energy prices and inflation would otherwise warrant.
