What experiences make you a great ambassador?
Throughout the years in the university I have always strived to maintain close contact with my fellow Portuguese colleagues from upper and lower years that have always helped me and shared all their experiences and information with me. This time I feel prepared to return the favour to the community, with all the gathered knowledge I am ready to help my fellow compatriots with anything they need.
What advice would you give to new students?
Find YOUR perfect routine! Life is made of routines as they define your lifestyle. Find healthy and balanced routines that will help you achieve your academic goals while balancing your social life and having time to decompress form the stress. Everyone is different, remember, so find the specific balance that fits you better, that’s a small advice for success.
What do you love most about Brno?
three main things: location, located in the very cultural south Moravian region the nearby towns and villages are very worth visiting during weekends to know more about the country and its culture, also the nearby vineyards are beautiful and very pleasant for wine enthusiasts.
Transports, city transports are one of the best that I have experienced with a very accessible pass and trams coming every 5 minutes we can get anywhere very easily and on time without the need of a car. Pubs, great pubs and beer gardens all around the city with delightful beer are amazing for a beer in the evening with friends after a big day of studying for some relaxing.
