Simulation medicine will be taught at the entire Faculty of Medicine, MU
Petr Štourač is the head of the Department of Pediatric Anesthesiology and Resuscitation and also the director of the newly emerging Simulation Department of Masaryk University.
At the age of 41, Petr Štourač is already in the process of professorship habilitation. The head of the Department of Pediatric Anesthesiology and Resuscitation is also the director of the newly emerging Simulation Centre of the Medical Faculty of MU (SIMU), a strategic project worth hundreds of millions of crowns, which has the ambition to move medicine teaching towards the new millennium. He said he felt unreal about all of this, he couldn't have imagined any of it until a few years ago.
