Cooperation between SIMU and the Department of Pharmacology, FM MU Faculty of Medicine
On 14 and 15 December 2021, a workshop focused on the principles and possibilities of team teaching in Clinical Pharmacology was held. Participants of the workshop were teachers from the Institute of Pharmacology of the Faculty of Medicine of Masaryk University involved in the teaching of this subject – doc. MUDr. Regina Demlová, Ph.D., course guarantor, and PharmDr. Jitka Rychlíčková, Ph.D., BCPS, Mgr. Kristýna Nosková, Ph.D., PharmDr. Lenka Součková, Ph.D., and MUDr. Martin Baláž.
The content was tailored to our team – from the basics and the broader context of team teaching to specific practices and recommendations. The practical tasks, immediate feedback and sharing of experience from Doc. Ing. Daniel Schwarz, Ph.D., lecturer of the workshop, gave us a much clearer idea of how to approach the implementation of this way of teaching in the innovative subject of Clinical Pharmacology. The workshop was thus an enjoyable and inspiring meeting that laid a good foundation for further joint activities.
