The 69th Student scientific conference will be held in presence (on-line via MS Teams only if needed ) on 5th of May 2026.

Faculty of Medicine MU significantly promotes theoretical institutes, laboratories, and clinics in the scientific research field. One of the most important supporting activities is also a traditional event called Student scientific conference, which offers students and young scientists a possibility to present their research projects. Therefore, it accounts for an important step in their perspective careers.
Scientific achievements form an essential criterion in worldwide university and faculty assessment. They are also powerful sources of prestige. In this respect, Masaryk University ranks very high in comparison to other national and international institutions. To preserve this delightful rating, it is more than necessary to capture and inspire talented students, to give them space for their own projects, and to let them present their achievements. The main aim of SSC is to be a mediator and to create this unique experience.
