Another in a series of ABCD courses held here
On Monday, 16 May 2022, another of the internal Adult Learning and Basic Course of Debriefing (ABCD course) for SIMU lecturers under the guidance of Jana Djakow, Ph.D. and MUDr. Tereza Vafkova took place. The course was mainly aimed at practical training in discussion facilitation and debriefing simulations focusing on a variety of topics, and technical and non-technical skills.
In this run, we piloted other new scenarios. We managed to complete the training of two experienced colleagues who will expand the team of ABCD course lecturers, MUDr. Tereza Prokopová and MUDr. Václav Vafek, starting in the autumn. For the first time, we also had a diverse group of participants in our course, which was previously intended only for medical lecturers. Now, for the first time, NMHWs were also represented.
