2nd Adult Learning and Basic Course of Debriefing
On 18 October 2021, the 2nd workshop of Adult Learning and Basic Course of Debriefing was held in SIMU, led by MUDr. Jana Djakow, Ph.D. and MUDr. Tereza Vafková from the Department of Simulation Medicine, FM MU.
The all-day workshop, focused mainly on the theory of teaching adults and debriefing, was attended by five physicians from the Department of Paediatric Anaesthesiology and Intensive Care Medicine and the Department of Anaesthesiology, Resuscitation and Intensive Care Medicine, the University Hospital Brno. Before the event, the participants used the prepared e-learning tool to study the theory. All the doctors were actively involved in several practical blocks during the workshop. They practised discussion facilitation and working with group dynamics, simulation scenarios from various fields of medicine, and their subsequent debriefing and co-debriefing.
