Do you want to choose the service, date and time yourself?
Simply select the desired service and choose the most convenient available date in the calendar. At the same time, you will enter your details when you make your appointment, which will then speed up our work and give us more time for you during your visit.
Should you need to cancel your order, you can do so via the link in the confirmation email.
Are you booking for your child or another person? Please fill in the details of the person to whom the service relates. This will allow us to file medical records in advance.
Please note that Mrs Jančeková and Mrs Zelenková are not accepting new patients until further notice. Mr Krobot is currently only accepting food allergy patients by prior e-mail appointment.
Would you rather talk to us?
You can contact us by phone during office hours at +420 549 49 7768. It is possible that a patient will be in the room at the time. In that case we will call you at the earliest opportunity.
