The City of Brno Award 2020
The City of Brno Award is an award given since 1993 to personalities (or groups) who have combined their activities with the statutory city of Brno. The political representation of the city awards the City of Brno Prizes for an important activity or work that has enriched one or more areas of public life and contributed to strengthening the good name of the city of Brno.
On September 7, 2021, the ceremony of The City of Brno Award took place in the Assembly Hall of the New Town Hall. Among the 15 awarded personalities was professor Ivan Rektor, who received the award in the field of medical sciences and pharmacy from the hands of Mayor Markéta Vaňková. Congratulations to all the winners.
