Do you have partners in Poland?

The Czech Science Foundation (GA ČR) has announced a call for submitting Polish-Czech projects starting in 2027.

  • The Czech part of the project proposal can be submitted no later than December 22, 2025, which is 7 days after the official deadline set by NCN for Polish applicants (December 15, 2025),
  • These proposals will count toward the submission limit together with other calls that will be announced around mid-February 2026.

AKTION Czech Republic - Austria

Cooperation with Austria

The AKTION Czech Republic – Austria program announces a call for 2026, aimed at academic cooperation with Austrian partners, like

  • Short-term research and study stays,
  • Joint seminars and workshops,
  • Development of educational materials,
  • Suitable for fostering international collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Application deadlines:

  • 15 October 2025 for projects implemented between 1 January 2026 and 31 December 2026,
  • 15 March 2026 for projects implemented between 1 July 2026 and 31 December 2026.

European Commission

New mobile app “EU funding & me” launched by the European Commission

The European Commission has launched a new mobile application “EU Funding & Me”, which is

  • Designed to simplify access to EU funding via smartphones and tablets,
  • Linked to the Funding & Tenders Portal,
  • Enables users to browse funding opportunities, track the status of their proposals and projects, and communicate directly with Project Officers,
  • Personalised notifications, saved searches, calendar integration, and easy information sharing.
