MŠMT Inter-Action

Submit bilateral projects with the USA – Inter-Action 2026 is here!

The Czech Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports (MŠMT) has announced the Inter-Action call to support joint Czech-American research projects in the categories of basic research, industrial research, and experimental development. The funding applies only to the Czech part of the project. Partners from the USA must cover their costs from their own resources.
The project budget is approximately CZK 5–8 million for a duration of 3–4 years.
Preliminary internal deadline: 4 July 2025 (to be confirmed after consultation with RMU).

Visiting Scholars 2026

Visiting program for researchers at Université Bordeaux Montaigne

Université Bordeaux Montaigne has opened a call for applications for the Visiting Scholars 2026 program. A total of 11 researchers will be selected to spend 1 month at the university in France, where they will focus on their research and participate in public presentations and other academic activities in collaboration with local colleagues.

As an employee of Masaryk University, you can benefit from the EDUC Mentoring Programme, which offers online collaboration between two colleagues (a mentor and a mentee) from different institutions within the EDUC alliance.

If you have less than 3 years of professional experience, English proficiency at level B1, and a motivation to develop your professional skills, you can apply for mentorship in the following institutions and fields:

  Expertise: Research ethics, educational methodology in health sciences
