GA CR - internal MU seminar for researchers
The internal seminar for researchers in English will be held on 26th February 2025, from 10:00 to 12:00 (Rectorate/online), registration here.
Seminar will focus on limits, specific conditions, eligibility, submission, evaluation processes and success rates in previous years. At the end of the seminar, colleagues from the Research ethics committee will answer any questions you may have about ethics in your projects.

Are you a student at MU and want to contribute to creating a sustainable and inspiring university community? You can receive support for your project ranging from 50,000 to 100,000 CZK. Submit your applications by 31st March 2025. If interested, contact colleague Tomas Chladek.

Czech-Israeli Innovation Internships
The program is open to students from the 3rd year of bachelor's studies up to the first year of a doctoral program. Participation requires a pre-arranged internship in Israel with a proposed program, a motivational letter from the student, and a recommendation letter from their supervisor at a Czech institution. Applications will be open until 10th March 2025. More information here.

Four successful applicants will carry out MSCA Postdoctoral Fellowships at our faculty
Vladimír Sobota, Ph.D. from the Liryc Institute (University Hospital Bordeaux) has secured a two-year postdoctoral position. He will further develop his topic, "Alcohol-induced arrhythmias studied by computational models of the human heart," within the Research Group led by Assoc. Prof. Markéta Bébarová at the Department of Physiology, Faculty of Medicine, MU.
The other three applicants have the opportunity to receive funding from the OP JAK: Mgr. Bc. Lucie Ráčková, Ph.D., Michelle Geryk, Ph.D., and Bhargavi Desai, Ph.D.
